A week before your confirmed pick-up window, total your orders and submit them to us so we can start baking.

Pick-Up & Deliver
Pick-up your hot-fresh order at our farm on your scheduled date. Your group handles the delivery.

We recommend that you sell a dozen for $12.00 which is our retail value inside our retail farm store. You'll pay Selmi's $6.00 for every dozen you sell, allowing the remaining profits to help fund your organization needs.
Yes, in order to partipcate in our Cider Donut Fundraiser you must be apart of an organization to raise funds. We do not allow sole individuals to profit for their own being.
If you're raising funds for your church, school field trip, school sports team, non-profit or for-profit organization this fundraiser is for you.
You'll receive an email containing the order form which is an editable Google Doc. Within this Google Doc, we encourage you to add your organization logo or image and name before you print them out. Please check your SPAM folder as this email is sent automatically after your sign up submission.
After you collect and total up all order forms, send mattselmi@gmail.com the total number a week before your confirmed pick-up date.
Any organization that sells over 250 dozen donuts will be required to have an additional pick-up date. Submit your total order number to mattselmi@gmail.com and we'll reach out providing a 2nd pick-up window date.
Payment for all cider donut sales are due on approved pick-up date and time. We accept cash, check, cashiers check, and credit cards.
We highly encourage bringing large cardboard boxes that allow you to stack the clamshell containers within. If you do not have access or forget to bring a cardboard box, we can supply them for $1/each as a deposit. Each box will hold 6 dozen plastic clamshells. The deposit will be returned as along as our boxes are in reusable condition.
